I have a NEW dog!
My uncle breeds dogs and he decided to give me a puppyy.--
Meet, HUGO! (yu-goe)
My little hybrid dog.
He's 5 months old and a crossbreed between a miniature pinscher and a japanese spitz. Odd mixture. He definitely looks like a Min Pin though his coat is white with some brown spots.
And, I made him wear a cute little red hoodie.
Awww.
He's soo cute!
And even though I'm more of a fluffy coat lover,
...I still LOVE him!

Tips on Shopping
1. Make sure you have a clear idea on what you want to buy. Unlike me, who usually tires herself out by transferring from one boutique to another because I can't decide on what to buy.
2. Decide on how much is your budget. Because if not, there maybe be a tendency for you to overspend.
3. Go shopping with friends. That way, your friends can help you pick out clothes that look good on you and those that don't. AND, they can definitely tell you what you should buy and NOT buy. Unlike me, who went shopping ALONE.
4. Be nice to the employees. And, they will be nice to you. So, TRUE. Because, rude customers get the crappiest assistance.
5. Be patient when waiting in line to get into a dressing room. Wait, calmly. DON'T stomp your foot. DON'T grumble or complain if the person before you takes a long time. DON'T EVER be little-miss-prissy-pants. EVER.
6. Be wary on how you look when wearing the clothes. It's important for you to buy clothes that make you feel comfortable, pretty and give you the utmost confidence.
7. Be patient also when waiting for the salesperson to come back from the storage room. While waiting, why not browse on other items? Who knows maybe you'll find a rare item that you hadn't noticed before.
And, LASTLY...
8. Smile and say 'Thank you' as the cashier hands you your purchase. Trust me, you probably brightened up their day.

♥Shopping spree
Tuesday, March 25, 2008
We all know shopping (for clothes) is a tiring activity— aggravating too.
Shifting from one boutique to another, trying top after top, jeans after jeans, shoes after shoes (possibly roamed every corner of the mall) and after an hour or so, still haven't had a clue on what to buy.
Well, not all but for some people.
Hhmm... people like me.
God knows how LONG I've been walking back and forth, entering and exiting dressing rooms and staring at articles of clothing deciding whether or not I should buy them.
I'm very much certain the employees are laughing their heads off behind my back. Well not really that certain. But, I can pretty much identify the hidden smirks plastered in their faces.
Or, was it my imagination?
Hhmm... did I mention it was Women's Month? Well, that was what the saleslady said to me. They gave me a small journal to commemorate the event.
--
Anyway, I was on my bored-to-death-so-I-should-go-shopping mood.
And, you know what? I went ALONE.
I don't really know why since I usually go shopping with my friends. Maybe, it was because I felt like being alone for a while. Or maybe, because my friends are unavailable and I'm the only one who has got nothing to do. Hhmm... I think it's pretty much the latter.
So after an hour or so (maybe more than that), I finally had been able to stock my closet with some flip-flops, a bikini and much needed florals for summer.
Now, the only thing missing is a trip to the beach.
And, I can't WAIT for that.

♥Been Tagged
Friday, March 21, 2008
So I've been tagged.
...By April (thanks, by the way).
Shocking, really. But, its a first.
So, I'll give it a try

This is The Links Around The World Tag
Instruction:1. Place your link after the list. If you have more than 1 blog, feel free to add them all here!
2. After placing your blog’s address/es, you must tag 5 or more bloggers that is not yet in the list, this is to keep the ball rolling.
3. Here is the best part: Make sure to update your list every now and then, by getting the master list here. I’ll be updating the master list every day, or as soon as I see a new blog that’s been added to the list.

--I'm now passing this tag to: Cher, Diana, Greysh, Jue Ann and Marzzy

♥Utterly mean and jealous
Monday, March 17, 2008
Being as observant and perceptive of my surroundings (particularly those that are happening in my campus), I had noticed a few odd things which I'm pretty sure is NOT only occurring as of late but possibly for quite some time.
It's been bothering me lately and I couldn't resist writing about it. I don't know if other people noticed but I did.
Let me explain it.
-- Insert situation
(stylishandpretty passes a group of girls)
greenwithenvy: (points to stylishandpretty) "Ugh. Just look her. Don't you think she's going overboard? Printed tights, ankle boots and a leather jacket? In school?"
jealousbi-otch:" Yeah, who does she think she is? A fashionista? Ugh. So trying hard."
It is in MY own words defined as utterly mean and jealous.
Just because a girl was BOLD enough to wear those clothes to school doesn't give you the permission to trash talk about her. It only means you're envious. PATHETIC, really. Some people criticize others about how they wear when they themselves aren't that even fashionable. Who do THEY think they are?
I, myself, am not gonna deny that I do criticize other people's choice of clothes. But, I do NOT criticize them for being bold or for following this season's fashion trends.
It's plain ridiculous.
Who cares if she's trying to be Paris Hilton, Mischa Barton or whoever. Who cares if she stands out in the crowd. Those girls are only jealous that people like her are the center of attention.
It's her choice. Her own unique style.
And, we have NO permission to judge people like her.

♥List-writing
Tuesday, March 11, 2008
In an ironic turn of events, I had decided to become one of those list-writing-obsessed people.
List-writing.
Yes, my newest hobby.
Though it is something I usually wouldn't do nor even try to be, this could very well make me realize insignificant things I hadn't had a moment to think for.
First agenda, I'll make it simple first.

♥The trendsetter, the follower and the unique
Saturday, March 08, 2008
Do you follow fashion trends? Is your answer an immediate "Of course, I do!"? Those ever faithful followers of fashion trends. Those that are very much aware of the "ins" and the "outs".Is your answer a definite "No, why should I?"? Those that prefer their own style and uniqueness. Those people who do things the complete opposite of what the rest are doing.Or maybe, you are one of those few who say, "No, I start them." Those that start the trends not follow them. Which one of these are your answers? Are you the trendsetter, the follower or the unique?
