If you remember, I had posted some of my thoughts regarding vivid bright tops a few days ago. My example was Hilary's bright fuchsia top of which she dawned on nicely.

Now, I think I've found a top contender: Carrie Underwood's bright orange halter-style top.

And, none of my reactions seems to be the least bit positive.

Oh, there are many reasons I could state which say that this bright orange halter-style top looks undeniably wrong. Some people are just not meant for bright colors.

And, Carrie is just one them.
